Services and Client Expectations
To ensure effective results, clients are responsible for providing timely, accurate information and maintaining consistency in attending scheduled meetings. We provide specialized consulting services tailored to your needs, but our effectiveness relies on your active participation and transparency. Please note that all rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or the forfeiture of that session's time to respect our consultants' schedules and commitments to other clients.
Payment Terms and Legal Accountability
Invoices are due upon receipt through our secure online portal or bank transfer. Late payments may incur interest or a suspension of services until the balance is cleared. Conscript Consulting shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the implementation of our advice beyond the total fees paid for the specific service.
