All professional services are fulfilled exclusively by independent third-party providers contracted by Conscript Consulting. Consequently, any and all refund determinations, issuances, or credits are governed solely by the respective third-party provider's internal policies. Conscript Consulting does not possess the authority to issue refunds or manage financial disputes between the client and the service provider. Clients are required to consult the specific provider's terms prior to engagement to ensure they understand the governing refund criteria and the provider's legal obligations to the client.
Provider Liability Terms
Conscript Consulting operates as an intermediary; all service delivery is performed by independent third-party contractors. As such, Conscript Consulting is not the issuing entity for any refunds, credits, or chargebacks. Any formal request for a reimbursement must be submitted directly and exclusively to the specific provider who executed the services. These independent entities operate under their own legal frameworks. Conscript Consulting explicitly disclaims all liability and has no obligation to process, enforce, or mediate refund claims. By engaging, you acknowledge that your service agreement and financial recourse lie solely with the provider.
Refund Petitions and Governance
Clients requesting a refund must follow the external provider's established protocols. The ultimate decision regarding eligibility, refund amount, and processing timelines rests exclusively with the independent provider under their own policies and applicable jurisdiction.
